The Rhodes-based company <<V. KAMPYLAFKAS S.A. AIGAION Distillery>> announces, with particular joy and pride, its award at the international London Spirits Competition by BEVERAGE TRADE NETWORK, which took place in London on March 17, 2021.
Specifically, the company was awarded the SILVER medal for its Coffee Anise Aigaion Liqueur. This liqueur is made from Ouzo and coffee with an alcohol content of 21% and received the valuable score that earned it second place among thousands of excellent products from all over the world.
The judging panel of the London Spirit Competition 2021 consisted of top sommeliers, chefs, and professionals in the spirits industry. Coffee Anise Aigaion received high scores in all three stages of the competition, earning the coveted medal, which is a significant distinction for the company and for our island.
